By enrolling in the BOSANAC Member Club, you agree to receive priority service, exclusive discounts, and scheduled maintenance in accordance with your selected plan. Membership fees are billed either monthly or annually, are non-refundable, and must remain up to date to maintain active benefits.
All services are subject to availability, anddiscounts apply only to work performed by BOSANAC Heating and Electric. Memberships automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, and no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership.
BOSANAC Heating and Electric is not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or system failures unrelated to the maintenance services provided. Terms, benefits, and pricing are subject to change, with prior notice given to members. Pricing will be adjusted annually in accordance with the prevailing inflation rate.
All plans will require a site visit by a BOSANAC technician to confirm equipment eligibility.
Warranties
To remain eligible for the 10-year labour warranty included with all Bosanac Heating and Electric installations, customers must maintain an active membership in a Bosanac Member Club maintenance plan for the entire warranty period. Ongoing professional maintenance is essential to ensure the safety, efficiency, and longevity of your system. Please note that if your membership is not kept active, the labour warranty may be void.
