Jacob came by and did a complete head to toe maintenance on our furnace and ac, he noticed we had a capacitor that had lost charge and would have given us issues this coming season. He even tested it in front of us and explained what it is and why it’s bad. So happy we were able to get somebody to come in so fast. Thanks bosanac

First time Bosanac customer, and I have to say my experience was excellent! Starting with my call to the office, the follow up call I received confirming my parts order and booking the appointment. Jacob arrived today, and man what a difference vs all other HVAC folks I have ever dealt with. Friendly, courteous and polite are the words that come to mind. Work was done professionally, works areas cleaned up and best of all Jacob resolved our issue! I was so impressed I asked him to quote on a new tankless water heater and AC! Fabulous service. Excellent communication.Our contractor showed up on schedule and he diagnosed the issue very quickly.Contractor left to purchase the part he needed; came back and installed it and the problem we have been having for over a year was resolved in less than three hours.Outstanding service. The owner, an not an estimator or salesperson, came and gave me a quote for a new tankless hot water heater after my rental tank ruptured. Out of 4 companies that quoted the job, he was the most thorough, going into the crawl space and taking photos of the gas lines that would need to be replaced. These guys are not cheap buy they do very high quality work.They were available to install immediately. The plumbing was done by a plumber and the gas portions by certified gas technicians. They used copper pipes and the pipes are level, insulated and they even installed new water shut offs at no additional cost. The pipes had to go around a corner and they were in a room that was a disaster zone due to a flood so this was not an easy installThere was an issue with a gas leak but they came back the next day and fixed everything. When I asked for bird guards to be put into the intake and exhaust, they had no problem doing that. One of the techs even replaced my furnace filter when he was in the crawl space. Everyone was super friendly and very professional. I would not hesitate to use this company in the future.
