"Hi John, I just wanted to let you know how satisfied I was with your men during the installation of the propane furnace at my brother's home on 249 Fifty Road in Winona on December 10-11, 2019. Both Stephan and Leo were very good in completing the work on a timely basis. They did their work in a most efficient and professional manner. Your Electrician (I believe it was Dave) assisted in the process, very well. I appreciated John Little for the service that he performed even though it was bad news. He was straight up in informing me about the furnace concerns. Unfortunately my brother was not able to identify the problems with the furnace while he was alive. I also appreciated your analysis of the furnace situation. I met up with Shirl-Ann on Friday to pay off the balance of the bill. She is a pleasure to talk to. Good front line customer satisfaction. I also dropped off some old KeepRite binders that I still had during my working career there. I mentioned to John Little that if I found them, he would be welcome to keep them. "It's now been about a week since the Bosanac team installed our new air conditioning unit and I can say without a doubt that these are the guys you need to call. Here's the jist. Our old unit went on the fritz so I called their office. The very nice and knowledgeable receptionist gave me some advise of what to check before requesting a service call which told me right there that Bosanac isn't in the business busy for the cash. Turned out I needed a repair guy who put the time in and did his best to fix the old unit but unfortunately it was toast. BUT, he only charged me for one hour labour and he was there for quite some time longer. So, at this point a new unit it must be. The repairman shook my hand and told me he would send a guy over soon to discuss options. Within 10 minutes (I live around the corner as it turn out) John Bosanac himself was sitting with me discussing our options. And after listening to his "fatherly advice" we had agreed upon an affordable, efficient, suitable unit to be installed within just 2 days. The installers came, were courteous, respectful and thorough and by noon the house was cool again with nearly no trace of an installation team having ever been at my house. Nice job on the clean up guys! We are loving our new central air system as it is quicker, quieter and most likely much cheaper on hydro than what we were used to. Thank you John Bosanac and a big thanks to your team as well. HIGHLY RECOMENDING THE BOSANAC TEAM. Competitively affordable, quite respectful, and they certainly get the job done right the first time!"
