How do Heat Pumps Work?

No need for a traditional furnace or A/C — Heat Pump Systems can heat & cool your home with more efficient technology

Heat Pump systems work to heat or cool your home using electricity and refrigerant to move heat from one location of your home to another. Each system is comprised of an outdoor condenser unit and an indoor wall-mounted evaporator unit.

For home heating, air is drawn into your outdoor condenser and passed over compressed refrigerant to warm it before being dispersed around your home by your indoor evaporator unit.

For cooling, this process is reversed to extract warm air from inside your home, cool it and return cold air back into your home.
